It's also with in walking distance within the village to the  "Port In A Storm" bookstore, library, convenience store, repertory theater and the  free Island Explorer bus service. This house is perfect not only for families, but also for two couples because of the two equally sized bedrooms and two large baths. NOTE: Not appropriate for young children because of the pond in the back yard and very steep staircase.
LAYOUT: FIRST LEVEL: Sun room with dining for 8 and sitting area with wicker furniture and views into the backyard and over the pond. Large country kitchen, dining room with seating for 8 and gas fireplace, tv room complete with 15' flat screen tv w/dvr, living room with fireplace, laundry room, mud room, 3/4 bath with shower only.  SECOND LEVEL: Master suite with queen bed, ceiling fan, full bath with shower only and dressing room/office. Bedroom with a queen bed. Bedroom with 2 twin beds. Large full bath.
