There are incredible views with amazing sunsets.  This cottage offers one bedroom, living room with a beautiful granite (gas) fireplace and sofa sleeper, full bath with large shower, washer/dryer, computer/desk area and entry closet.  On the upper level is the fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the pond.  Canoing and kayaking rental available across the street.  There is a public beach for swimming, canoing, kayaking, and fishing with dock for boating next door to the property.  The cottage is just minutes from Acadia National Park, Southwest and Northeast Harbors.  All amenities – restaurants and shopping just minutes away.  Come and enjoy this peaceful retreat!

LAYOUT: MAIN LEVEL:  As you enter the cottage there is a storage closet and desk to your left.  The full bath with laundry facilities is located on your right.  You walk into the living room with granite/gas fireplace, TV, radio, sofa sleeper (queen size) and recliner.  The bedroom is off the living room with lots of storage, full closet, queen size bed.  SECOND LEVEL: Kitchen and dining room combo.
